Full breakfast buffet included, add 13% for taxes. Note: At most other Arenal hotels, rates quoted are for rooms only.
For security reasons our main gate closes at 11:00 p.m. Check in: From 3:00 p.m to 9:00 p.m. Check out: 12:00 m
Tax Breakdown: 13% Sales tax, 10% Service tax.

If the Lodge is completely booked and we receive another reservation for the same dates, we allow the first reservation 3 days to reconfirm with a proper deposit. This deposit is non-refundable.
Reservations not guaranteed with a deposit within the limits established above are subject to cancellation without notice.
There is no refund for cancellations received less than 15 days prior to arrival date. An exception is made if we are able to fill the rooms, in which case a refund of 80% is given.
