This trail has an extension of 500 meters (0.31 miles) through primary forest and is located 2 km from the hotel reception (on the way to the Cerro Chato volcano). Here it is possible to observe: peccaries, armadillos, rabbits, coatis, monkeys (howler monkeys, spider monkeys and white-faced monkeys), birds (crested guans, toucans, oropendulas, cabecicascaña, tanagers, trogons, white hawk) and flora such as: Guabas, guarumos, naked Indian, pilon among others.
