Reservation Policies

• Reservations, cancellations or changes must be made by email or telephone (506) 83575260.
• Modifying your reservation (change in the length or dates of your reservation) may result in a rate change.
• Rates subject to change without notice.

Deposits & Payments

• The reservation can be guaranteed with a credit card number and total payment should be made at the lodge at check in time.
• The reservation can be guaranteed with a partial payment by PayPal and the balance should be paid at the lodge at check in time.

Cancellations & No Shows

• Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to arrival date will receive a 100% refund.
• Cancellations received 2 days prior to arrival date are not refunded.
• Arenal Observatory Lodge & Spa reserves the right to charge one night’s room rate plus taxes and service charges to your credit card if guests do not arrive.

Note: Euros or Canadian dollars are not accepted.
